Being a business owner for many years Bob Marshall understood the importance and saw the need for the consistency in business development. Bob recognized that business development process is far too frustrating and time-consuming for most business owners. He had a vision of a “business match making service” as he designed and developed his revolutionary approach to business development process. Bob called himself a “corporate matchmaker”.
Marshall concept consists of a relationship-building process designed to make the connections and new-market penetrations that many business owners would never have time, patience or the ability to initiate themselves. Based on that approach Bob started a company called Marshall Consultants in 1996. The Marshall method has evolved over
the years keeping up with the progress and everchanging needs of the clients.
Based on the success of Marshall Consultants Bob franchised his business model and 10 years ago Marshall Face2Face was born.
Bob Marshall suddenly passed away in October of 2018 and business operations were taken over by his wife, Galina Marshall.
Galina Marshall is a highly skilled sales professional with the degrees in Business/HR Management and Interior Design and Architecture. Galina has undergone extensive training in social media marketing and for the past 14 years worked alongside Bob Marshall, the founder and CEO of Marshall Face2Face and Marshall Consultants, our parent company. During this time Galina learned and mastered the unique Marshall approach to business development.
In 2018, after sudden passing of Bob Marshall, Galina took over company management building on its successes and developing it further by adding new features and programs that benefit Marshall Face2Face clients as well as our current and future team members.
Roger Campbell is a Business Development Specialist who effectively fills the gaps that companies and sales staff experience and helps them do the work they just do not have time to do.
Before taking on a Marshall Face2Face franchise Roger spent twenty years working in the trade show industry helping ensure his clients’ show presence effectively communicated their marketing message. After a successful sales career in exhibit marketing, Roger now helps his clients find and secure new business.
Roger and his wife Merleen, live in Hartville, Ohio and are blessed with three adult children and seven grandchildren.
